Robert and I attended this event hosted by Schwinn UK,last weekend and it was excellent. It was their first attempt at something this size and it came off almost flawlessly,just a small mic problem during one ride but that was all.
They had some great MIs form Switzerland and the UK (obviously) along with some UK National Team Riders too.
I found it to be good preperation for WSSC in the volume of rides and the lack of time between rides also.
Robert liked it becasue there was a bike for him to ride - inspite of having a fractured left shoulder and eventually a "twangy" right knee,he just kept riding hard all day long. He really is a cycling machine!
